This was my first attempt at painting soldiers from the Early Egyptian Army. The figures are from the Anglo Egyptian Army set (no. 013) produced by Waterloo 1815.
There is a bit of work needed to clean the models. I found them easy to clean, so long as you have a thin sharpe blade.
The only animation I needed to do was to lift the sword arm of the officer...the sand base needs looking at again...
I am working on some supporting Sudanese troops now...these I will post once the bases are finished.
