The Black Watch 1882/84

I should have waited a extra week to photograph these figures - as its a glorious sunny day here today in Berlin...lol!

Anyway - heres some more of HäT's great Colonial range...I made the Highlander's red hackles by melting the helmets with a hot pin and then placing a small (carefully selected...hehehe) stone in the space...took me ages!

The Officer is from the excellent Jacklex range now being sold by Spencer Smith...see link in my listings on the right side of my blog...

    Not only are the bods really well painted but the dio is grand...the palm tress...which make are they??

    Hi Paul - thanks for the note. The palm trees are from a mate in the Middle East...he builds scale models for the property development industry...if I ever get over there again I will bring you a batch over...
